This week one of our great Strength Science Trainers, Julie, focuses on exercises you can do to enhance balance. Balance becomes more important as we get older to prevent falls.  These are simple exercises you can do every day at home. Incorporating balance exercises into your routine helps with coordination, joint strength and reaction time in the event of a potential fall.
